RENTAL RATES*
$200 per hour with a four hour minimum - thereafter $150 for each additional consecutive hour
*Rental hours include from the time first person or vendor affiliated with your event enters premises and ends when last person or vendor affiliated with your event leaves
DISCOUNT: 12 consecutive hours $1,600 on non holidays and non holiday weekends
DEPOSIT: 25% of rental fee and signed rental agreement reserves the date - Deposit not part of the rental fee - Refundable only after event
LATE HOURS: Each hour after midnight incurs an additional $50 per hour above the rental rates
HOLIDAYS, holiday weekends and Legal holidays $900 for up to four hours $175 each additional consecutive hour or portion thereof - Day and Eve of Christmas and New Years, and Thanksgiving Day $1200 for up to four hours $200 each additional consecutive hour or portion thereof
